The Fine Print

By submitting this application along with your payment, you agree to accept and comply with the few but necessary show policies that Gun Trader Shows stipulates as follows:

Absolutely NO loaded firearms, or magazines in the show hall including Concealed Carry
All firearms must be strapped by Show Staff
Table rent must be PAID IN FULL before set up begins
Do NOT move tables unless authorized by show staff
Vendor access to the show hall is Sat 7am-Out by 4:30pm, Sun 8am-Out by 6pm
No venders allowed inside the building before or after hours.
Vendors agree to be in the show hall by 8:00am
Vendors agree to be ready Saturday and Sunday by 8:30am
Vendor Agrees to NOT leave their table until 4pm Saturday
Vendor Agrees to NOT pack up until 3pm Sunday
No tape or mounting of products on the walls of the show hall
No yelling inside the building or selling in front of your table

By following these basic policies, we will all enjoy a more orderly and prosperous show.
